
Yanaka is described as an area that has kept its traditional Japanese neighbourhood atmosphere of small streets, local shops and residents walking or biking to pick up groceries or to visit friends.



A place where we enjoyed a mid morning coffee and picked up some rice crackers for future consumption.

Also home to a cemetery where you can experience the different aspects of creating a memorable resting place for people passed on.
Our final stop remains firmly attached to the past where we entered the renowned Radio City area. Home to shops that once catered to amateur ham radio enthusiasts as well as providing needed repairs to radio and other home equipment.
